Recently i was referring to the video on the post in NYTimes about Herbert Kelleher as he was stepping down from the Chairman of South West Airlines. In his talk in the annual meet of all the shareholders and employees present there, he mentions a very strong of an argument. He says "You have to treat your employees like customers", which clearly indicates the role of the employer - employee relationship in an industry for this case say Software Industry, when u treat ur employees the right way they treat the end customer the correct way. Developing the User Interface for that matter is something that is more of, "how creative" or say "thinking out of Box" kinda task. In an industry where a lot depends on how your client is easy handling a software(or some sci fi tech that u think u have developed), i suppose employee satisfaction is the key towards making it sell better. The moral of the story has been that creating a better client experience is all about creating on first hand a very good employee experience.

Seems you had entered bloggerville long before I did and yet you ve written down only very few of those *censored stuff* (:P)
Well to be frank I have no idea why am commenting on the blog as a whole cuz I did not get half of it (I mean what/ whom you were referring to at certain places). I had anticipated the posts to be more like the one you sent me over the mail but then this blog is more inclined towards revealing your other self (rather interesting i must say). :P
To be frank it actually feels like reading your dairy.
I shall keep visiting this place from time to time (well only if you are okay with it)
Had a great time reading all this ;)
